VENDORS:
All 2015 Festival Vendor Spaces Have Been Filled.
Join
us at this year's Festival. Booths are in 10x10 allotments starting
at $75. We have an excellent showcase for your Art,
Craft, Product
line, Information, Goods, Services, Food, Beverage or Livestock
promotion.
To be in the program we must have your application and
payment by April 25th (we will accept applications until May 1st).
Festival gates open Saturday 9:30 am until 8:30 pm. This year's
festival will include Highland Heavy Competitions, Celtic
Musicians,
Dancers, Clan Exhibits, Pipe Bands, Enlarged Kids Area, great food
and more great vendors!
Limited electricity (for a fee) is available
in certain locations, this is provided on a first come first serve
basis. Please let us
know if you will require it. Water requirements,
extension cords, special electrical connections/hookups, sales tax
issues,
and tents/covering are the vendor's responsibility. There
is no WiFi or internet access. Self-contained units work the best
and
are encouraged if possible.
Set
up begins Friday after 1:00 pm or Saturday morning after 6:30 am.
Food
vendors are required to apply and obtain all necessary permits.
Please include a copy of your menu items
and price list with your
completed registration form.
Food vendors note, this festival sells water to offset expenses, so please
do not include water on your menu.
Livestock
Vendors: Please contact us for special field regulations and permit
requirements for your animals while on grounds.
We prefer you leave
pets at home, however if you must bring please confine to your booth space.
Please fill out the Vendor Application Form, located on the link above and email to the attention of Myriah at .
Once we have reviewed your application, you will be notified if you are accepted and sent via email the Vendor Registration Form for this year. The Vendor Registration Form should then be returned along with vendor fee payment as soon as possible to “seal the deal” and reserve your vendor space

Space is limited and we try to control over duplication
of
goods/services. If you have more questions about setting up at the
festival or local services such as campgrounds, hotels,
restaurants,
and attractions, our Vendor Liaison, will be happy to help you!
